Bobby Dreamer is police officer in real life who becomes a crime fighting hero with unusual powers once he enters Dreamland. Bobby enters Dreamland whenever the forces of evil are too much for the Dreamland Police to handle. In these perilous times, they contact Bobby in his dreams and open a portal into Dreamland that Bobby enters.
